Dan is the Man

In a couple weeks at CREATIVEMIX Canada’s latest indie rock super hero, Dan Mangan, will be speaking about the many hats (and skills) of an entrepreneurial artist; I’m so freakin’ excited! This guy is crazy cool. I’ve been a fan of Dan’s for awhile now but if he’s new to you then be sure to check out his interview with Vancouver is Awesome (weblink) and get a free MP3 by joining his mailing list. Dan’s a Vancouverite who doesn’t spend much time at home – that’s why we’re so thrilled he’s making time to speak at the conference – his writing, music, and voice is killer. One of the things that makes Dan “the man” in my eyes is his music videos, they’re just plain awesome. ROBOTS is a personal favourite of mine and after seeing it I KNEW that Dan needed to be at CREATIVEMIX. Enjoy.
